Reminder: To file your 2022 Underused Housing Tax (UHT) return(s)
This is a reminder to ensure that you have filed your 2022 Underused Housing Tax (UHT) return(s). UHT filing penalties and interest will be waived if 2022 UHT returns are filed and taxes owing (if any) are paid by October 31, 2023. Non-compliance may result in minimum penalties of $5,000 for individuals and $10,000 for corporations.
