Introducing Manning Elliott’s Newest Principals

VANCOUVER, BC — It is with great pleasure that Manning Elliott LLP announces the appointment and addition of two Principals in our Vancouver office client service team: Wendy Seet, CPA, CA, (Taxation) and William Tam, CPA, CA, CBV, (Valuations) effective February 2020.

Wendy brings her extensive tax knowledge and experience in assisting Canadian owner-managed businesses with tax reorganizations, estate planning and business transition. She also assists clients with business acquisitions and divestitures, and has a special interest in tax matters related to charities and persons with disabilities.

William brings his considerable expertise and specialization working with entrepreneurs, private and public companies, and high-net-worth individuals, with a focus on valuations, litigation support, loss and damage quantification, purchase price allocation, asset impairment analysis, financial projections and modelling.
