Welcome Jeevan Tiwana and Gurdev Chandi to the Partnership

We are proud to announce the admission of two new partners to our partnership.

About Jeevan Tiwana

Jeevan specializes in providing assurance, accounting, taxation and business advisory services to private companies, partnerships and not-for-profit organizations across a broad range of industries.

Jeevan began his career at Manning Elliott as an articling student in 2012, building a strong foundation in assurance and accounting services. Jeevan obtained his CPA, CA designation in 2015. He then joined a large public sector organization and gained valuable experience as a Manager in financial reporting, planning and analysis. Jeevan rejoined Manning Elliott in 2020 as a Manager and advanced to Senior Manager before being admitted to the Partnership. Jeevan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Camosun College and studied Economics at the University of Victoria.

Jeevan plays an integral role in Manning Elliott’s assurance practice by providing training to team members and developing tools and resources. Jeevan is actively involved in the firm’s recruiting and team development initiatives.

About Gurdev Chandi

Gurdev specializes in providing assurance, accounting, taxation, estate planning and business advisory services to private companies.

Gurdev joined Manning Elliott as an articling student in 2008. He obtained his CPA, CA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 2011. With over 15 years of experience, Gurdev has extensive experience working with owner managed businesses across a wide range of industries including property development, construction and management, manufacturing, restaurants, incorporated professional services and various others. Gurdev received his Bachelor in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, majoring in both Finance and Accounting, in 2008. 

Gurdev is involved with a number of the firm’s committees including the Trust and Estate Committee. He also mentors various team members and represents our firm at numerous recruiting events throughout the year.
