An active family man, David enjoys biking, skiing and kiteboarding, spending time with his wife and children, and travelling. He is a founding member and coach of a youth road cycling team, Brio Cycling Club and a member of the BICI Factory Racing Club.
Education
A native of Vancouver and a University of British Columbia graduate, David obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2003 and joined Manning Elliott as a senior manager in 2008. He completed the Institute In-depth Tax Program in 2015. He also obtained Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) Designation in 2020. In the past, he also worked for two international accounting firms and as the chief financial officer of a private real estate investment firm.
