He is particularly experienced at taking companies public and serves clients in a variety of industry sectors including real estate, technology, hospitality, financial services, natural resources, manufacturing and distribution.
Alden takes a hands-on approach to find innovative answers to complex audit and financial reporting challenges faced by companies seeking to obtain initial public listings. Providing clients with creative solutions to their issues through proactive, personalized service is a priority for him.

Education
Alden obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1987 from the University of British Columbia and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990. Before joining Manning Elliott, he spent five years at the Vancouver office of a large national CA firm in their assurance and compliance practice area and several years in industry controllership positions.
