As Controller, Nitesh provides leadership over Manning Elliott’s internal finance function, driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and performance management. Working closely with firm leadership, he plays a key role in strengthening internal processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and leading the firm’s transition toward modern, cloud-based financial systems.

Since joining the firm in 2013 as an Internal Accountant, Nitesh has built deep institutional knowledge and a reputation for delivering practical, forward-looking financial leadership. Outside of the office he enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and family, watching football and soccer, and boating.
