Culture and Community

Manning Elliott is proud of its dynamic and diverse work culture – despite our rapid growth in recent years; there exists a sense of “family” within our firm. Team members at all levels are friendly and approachable with a true team orientation throughout.

In keeping with our “family” like work culture, we’ve developed a social committee that actively organizes exciting and motivating events throughout the year. Also, over and above these major events, many impromptu activities come together in a fluid, spontaneous manner for anyone who is interested. Some activities include team lunches, hockey game nights, ski weekends, reality show pools and hiking trips.

Philanthropy and giving back to the community plays a large role in the culture at Manning Elliott and this is reflected in our substantial Not-For-Profit practice area. Team members, including new students, are encouraged to participate in volunteer work, both individually and through employer-supported programs.
