Jennifer Phipps to Lead Manning Elliott as New Managing Partner

We are pleased to announce that Jennifer Phipps will become our new Managing Partner, effective January 1, 2025.

Jennifer joined Manning Elliott in January 2018, bringing with her extensive expertise in accounting, assurance, corporate tax, and estate planning services for owner-managed businesses, as well as personal tax services for individuals. Prior to joining our firm, Jennifer was a founding partner of Leed Advisors Inc., which later merged with Manning Elliott.

With over three decades of experience, Jennifer has built a reputation for delivering practical and effective financial solutions tailored to her clients’ needs. Her deep understanding of diverse industries and business structures, coupled with her dedication to fostering strong client relationships, ensures the highest quality service. Jennifer has also demonstrated many years of leadership in guiding teams with a particular focus on people and culture. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and creating an environment that enhances client service and team development.
